ATSIEB Hearings Day 2
The Elected Body hearings bring the important priorities of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community to the attention of the ACT Government.
These Hearings are a vital opportunity to hold the Government accountable – not only to its own policies, but to the people those policies are meant to serve. The ACT Government must do more than acknowledge the issues. It must act on them. In this way, the Hearings drive real improvements to service delivery and policy development.
The Hearings are live streamed online. This is a very important part of our accountability to community – the ability to see your own representatives in the Elected Body holding the ACT Government and their senior executive representatives to account for their commitment and responsibilities as leaders in government.
2025 August Hearings are on:
- 12 August 9am to 4pm
- 13 August 9am to 4pm
- 14 August 9am to 3:30pm
