Community consultation on hearings

Have your say on what we should cover in the next hearings with the ACT Government.

This consultation invites you to yarn directly with ATSIEB members over a cuppa.

It’s a chance to raise the issues that are important to you, your family and your community.

We’ll take your questions and concerns on board. They will help us prepare for the formal hearings later this year.

The hearings will find out about:

  • what the ACT Government has done to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • whether ACT Government programs are working
  • how the ACT Government is improving services like health, education, housing, and justice.

Through the hearings, we make sure the government is:

  • listening to the community
  • acting on its promises
  • making real progress toward equality and reconciliation.

When: 15 July, 12 pm to 3 pm
