Expression of interest for local artists: Second College Gungahlin

Infrastructure Canberra (ICBR) has an exciting opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists to be part of a significant cultural and educational project in Canberra.

An expression of interest (EOI) is now open for Ngunnawal artists and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists with a close connection to the local area. Infrastructure Canberra (ICBR) invites EOIs from artists to contribute to the art integration for the new Second College Gungahlin. This project has been developed in consultation with the Ngunnawal community.

This is a chance for artists to share culture, stories, Songlines and Dreaming to help connect the local landscape through art. Your art will be a long-lasting representation in a new learning environment.

ICBR is looking for artists who can connect to the waterways, gathering places and other significant features of the area and honour the culture in a new educational setting. Artists will create an original artwork, either on canvas or in digital format.
