‘Truth through Transparency’: A Turning Point Report is the outcome of the August 2025 Hearings of the Elected Body. This report differs from previous Hearings reports. For the first time, the Elected Body has undertaken our own full analysis of the ACT Government’s progress against the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Agreement 2019–2028 (the ACT Agreement). We have tested evidence, examined data and held the ACT Government to account against the promises made under the ACT Agreement.
