Justice and Community Safety seeking EOIs for Victims Advisory Board

The ACT Government Justice and Community Safety Directorate is seeking expressions of interest from members of the community interested in becoming a member of the Victims Advisory Board (the Board).

The Board, established under the Victims of Crime Act 1994, includes community representatives and officers from relevant ACT Government agencies, and meets 2 to 3 times each year.

The role of the Board is to develop policies and strategies to advance the interests of victims in the justice system.

Expressions of interest in joining the Board can be made online through the Diversity Register here: Post Details (act.gov.au).

Expressions of interest received before 31 May 2023 will be considered.
